Raspuns de la iHerb

După ce au trecut 7 luni de la comanda pe care am dat-o pe iherb, aia cu transport de 4 USD şi coletul nu a ajuns nici acum, le-am scris celor de la iherb. 
Răspunsul este foarte drăguţ:

Unfortunately we are unable to refund you for an order that is not delivered unless it is sent back to iHerb.com.
As it states on our website when you select the shipping method, refunds are not available when choosing DHL Global Mail as your shipping method and the order is lost.
We appreciate your business and apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused.

Cu alte cuvinte, asta e - nu ai avut număr de urmărire nu este problema noastră că ţie nu ţi-a ajuns coletul după 7 luni şi că nici nu o să îţi ajungă vreodată.

PS. Nici coletul de la Vitacost nu a ajuns după o lună şi jumătate. Chiar sunt curioasă dacă de la ăştia îmi voi primi banii înapoi, căci aşa s-au lăudat: dacă nu primesc coletul, după 2 luni primesc banii înapoi.
